Useful website for Language teaching and learning

I attend the option course, CALL, in which the tutor gives us some useful websites for not only learning but also teaching English.

British Council LearnEnglish provides some interesting games and stories for kids and also you can test your gammar level on this website. Besides, it also has some culture stuff, which we can know more about Scotland, of course more about British life.

BBC/British Council
is useful for English teachers. You can read some popular issues and give some comments or feedback, or you may want to ask some questions according to different topics. The most useful thing is that this website also provides some handy lesson plans depending on different skills (speaking, reading, listening, writing, pronunciation, vocabulary and so on), which I think quite practical that we can use in our class.

I will put them into our useful link. Have a look at them and have fun!

These two sites are very resourceful in finding practical ideas for teachers as well as appropriate strategies for learners. Go "click around" if you can spare some time...

I agree - some really good ideas in these. Has anyone ever tried something specific? Thsi would be a good way to share what actually happens in the classroom?
btw (by the way) this blog is looking really cool!

Hi Ruby,

Glad to know that you think our blog looks cool! But I'm not sure about your saying of trying something more specific. Do you mind elaborate it a bit?
